I am 16 years old and am considered an athlete, I specialize in swimming. I swim 5 km per day, 6 days a week. My work consists of 1 km freestyle, breast 1 km, 1 km freestyle, 1k breast, 500m butterfly and 500m back.
sorry i dont have a picture, and it took me 2 years of special training that will receive intensive training.
