Swim I "think" (not 100% sure) burns to cycling and running, if you go with a constant speed aerobics, if you will do as long and slow compared to training, would be swimming the best.
If you are already fairly well in swimming, is a master swim squad (you have to wake up early in the morning like 5 to join in them) because you swim a lot more distance compared to him.
