      i don’t know essex count but in bergen county, the best tattoo parlor is Starlight Tattoo in Rochelle Park on Route 17 south. it is perfectly clean and sterile and they do the best job out of any nearby tattoo parlors. I get all my tattoos done by a Tito there. As a matter of fact I got my latest one on Saturday.
