We found Jeff's company, Pools by Design when looking for a really reputable company in Bergen County to design our new inground swimming pool. I have to say that the first thing I noticed was the professionalism in the way my inquiry was handled when I submitted a form from his website. Not only was he very knowledgable in all areas of our needs but, Jeff also was patient with my husband and I even though it took us a few weeks to decide on what tyoe of pool we wanted. The bottom line is we got exactly what we were looking for and I LOVE our pool.

Pools by Design has been one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. Every aspect of the pool installation and the associated costs was thoroughly explained to me. The actual installation was unbelievably quick. They were always on the job monitoring all aspects of the installation. There were no hidden costs. They were very upfront and delivered exactly what was promised. I would recommend Pools by Design whole heartedly to any friend or relative that was thinking about putting in a pool. My experience was above a 10.0.

Pools By Design did a fantastic job installing my inground pool. Thanks to the weather cooperating and the motivation of the workers, my pool was completed ahead of schedule! :) I definitely would recommend Pools By Design!!! Thanks for a GREAT summer!
