1. Meet with owner to determine their goals and budget, analyze
the site and draft a preliminary sketch.
2. Draft detailed plan, cost estimate and draft construction
agreement.
3. Obtain all permits and construction documents required
(dependent upon the town).
4. Site Prep and layout is exciting because you will able to see
the shape of your pool on the ground.
5. Forming and Excavating is the noisiest part of the job, but
once through, you will be on the way to a beautiful, tranquil backyard.

13. Tile installation
14. Fencing and barrier installation
15. Final town inspection/homeowner schedules gas hookup
16. Interior finish of the pool
17. Fill pool and start-up
18. Orientation meeting to teach you how to operate your pool
19. Landscape installation/restoration
20. Ready, set, enjoy!

7. Structural steel re-bar installation
8. Electrical runs and hookups
9. Town inspection/corrections if necessary
10. Shotcrete (concrete interior of pool)
